2. A bigger number isn't the whole story
CFU count tells you how many live microorganisms are in a serving, not whether a product is right for your child. A larger number is not automatically better.
Look for the full strain names, the dose, and research relevant to the intended use. Two products can contain the same species of bacteria but different strains with different research behind them.
For example, in B. infantis Rosell®-33, Rosell®-33 identifies the specific strain. That is the detail to look for on a label.

Use one sachet daily. Tear it open and mix the contents into breast milk, formula, or water at room temperature, not hot. For children already eating solids, you can also stir it into soft food such as yogurt. No scoop or measuring required.

Before giving any supplement
